1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms of service apply to your use of everstridesocksi.com (the "Store") and to every order you place through it. The Store is operated by MPS DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17092191 ("we", "us", "our"), under the brand name Everstride Compression Socks. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store. We sell to customers in the United Kingdom only.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.

3. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may differ slightly from your screen. Our products are sold as general wellness and comfort items. They are not medical devices unless stated and do not replace medical advice. If you have a medical condition, or are unsure whether compression socks are suitable for you, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any shipping cost and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. On your card or bank statement, the transaction appears as: Everstridesocks. We may correct pricing errors; if a product was priced incorrectly, we will contact you and you may choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. HOW A CONTRACT IS FORMED

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, and at that point a contract is formed. We may decline an order, for example where a product is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our products are shipped from China. Processing takes 1 to 4 business days and delivery takes 8 to 16 business days after dispatch. Full details, including customs and import charges, are in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Refunds are governed by our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these Terms. No physical return of the product is required. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Store, including text, images, logos, product descriptions and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: use the Store for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Store or its systems; interfere with its operation; submit false or misleading information; or use automated tools to collect data from the Store without our permission.

10. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to this, we are not liable for any loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, nor for any business loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity, as we sell only to consumers for personal use. Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier, customs or supplier disruption, do not amount to a breach of these Terms, and our Return and refund policy continues to apply.

11. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

How we use personal data and cookies is described in our Privacy policy.

12. CHANGES

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Store when you place your order applies to that order.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
